Children are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, volunteers, other participants and property. Future Ready Australia Ltd may contact parents or guardians if behaviour creates safety concerns or disrupts the program.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that children are dropped off and picked up on time, unless other arrangements have been confirmed in writing.

Parents and guardians must provide current emergency contact details and remain contactable during children’s programs.

Future Ready Australia Ltd is not responsible for children outside the confirmed program hours unless otherwise agreed in writing.

From time to time, photos or videos may be taken during programs or events for educational, reporting, promotional or documentation purposes.

We will seek parent or guardian consent before using identifiable images of children for promotional purposes.

If you do not want yourself or your child to appear in photos or videos, please inform us in writing.
